「Engine mount stabilizer 」

It is a drawing part with a plate thickness of t3.2. The trimming shape after deep drawing is an important part. After robot welding, cation coating (outsourcing) is performed and then delivered to the customer.

「Plate」

It consists of 6 parts. After stamping and projection welding of each part, cation coating (outsourcing) is applied, assembled in-house (bolt press-fitting → rubber bonding ), and then delivered to the customer. It is an undercarriage part.

「Bracket」

Exported to Indonesia as KD parts. After in-house press processing, welding and painting (outsourcing) processing, we deliver to customers. It is an engine peripheral part.

「Engine bracket」

It consists of 7 parts including nuts. Each part is processed by a progressive press, welded in-house, and then delivered to the customer. It is an engine peripheral part.

「Outer」

It is processed by progressive and single press. Processing such as rubber vulcanization adhesion is performed at the customer's site. It is an engine peripheral part.

「Inner pipe」

Welded parts for pipes and plates. We have introduced an automatic inspection (camera) process in large quantities to perform high-speed and accurate inspections. It is an engine peripheral part.

Development parts

「Armrest」

This is a seat-type part ordered in 2021. The head office </a> produces many seat parts, but BHKT (Thailand factory) will be the first mass-produced parts. All stamped parts are completed in-house and assembled and inspected in-house. We are currently developing orders for seat parts.
